Guaranty Agreement

Generally, we give a guarantee for all our products according to the time-limits set by EU legislation, however, we give at least five years. This refers to original sealed, unopened containers and also to products supplied in a tank truck, which are correctly stored according to the corresponding technical rules as well as our storage recommendations TM014 and TM015.

Considering the previously mentioned storage recommendations, our experiences, and the specific properties of the different foam concentrates, the shelf life of our products is generally 10 to 30 years. Under extreme conditions, e.g. storage on ships, vehicles, or at permanently elevated temperatures (power plants, engine rooms, etc.), a shorter storage life is possible.
